COVID-19 | Michigan, Washington announce new virus restrictions as U.S. cases hit 11 million

As of November 15, Johns Hopkins University’s coronavirus tracker for the U.S. has reached 11 million after topping 10 million cases on November 9 — with the most recent million coming in just six days.
