Affluent people wrap up themselves in a layer of warm clothes, but some unfortunate people who don't have access to woolen clothes and are constrained to live on roadside or pavements and struggle through the chilly and windy nights in the open might die. It has been revealed that the winters are the second major reason for deaths in India after lightning.
